We are adding value to our community – and you can join us!!  There are many projects for you to choose from – choose one – or even two – and sign up NOW.

Help assist women from Du Noon, Table View and Atlantis with paperwork, practical and health issues such as TB/HIV/AIDS.

1.Sorting clothing:

(SALT)

Help sort and pack clothing for usage in times of fires, natural disasters and poverty.. T.V. Campus Tues 9.00am – 11.30am Every 2nd week
2.Enozipho Educare Centre:

(SALT)

Assist at this crèche and pre-school in many ways, from  maintenance, education to ministry. Joe Slovo, Milnerton Thurs 9.00am – 11.30am Every 2nd week
3.Toddlers Workshop:

(SALT)

We work to stimulate the sensory system of babies and small children with music and movement, to aid the natural development of a child in preparation for school. Want to join us? Contact Vivian Joe Slovo, Milnerton Mon 9.30am -11.30am Every 2nd week
Cheshire Home: This is a group home for quadriplegics and paraplegics, many of whom have spent most of their lives in the home. Join us twice a month in Milnerton to make a difference. Cheshire Home, Milnerton Tues & Wed 10.00am- 11.45am Every 2nd week
Phoenix Kids: We connect with children in our local community through ministry. We want to teach them Godly values and life skills,  add value to their lives, and inspire both them and their families to seek a better lifestyle! Phoenix, Milnerton Sat 9.00am -11.00am Every 2nd week
Joe Slovo Kids: We connect with children in our local community through ministry. We want to teach them Godly values and life skills,  add value to their lives, and inspire both them and their families to seek a better lifestyle! Joe Slovo, Milnerton Fri 4.00pm -5.30pm Every 2nd week
Moms and Tots: OIN a Life Group that has traded Purity for Prayer, wet-wipes for worship, and chaos for COMMUNITY OUTREACH! Table View Thurs 3pm Weekly
Precious Patches: Precious Patches plants sustainable vegetable gardens at rural primary schools that are supported by FEEDING CHILDREN IN AFRICA, a non-profit organisation. If you love gardening and children, you will fit right in. Western Cape Weekends Every 2nd week
LIGHT Bags: Our LIGHT BAGS feed families in our local community. One bag feeds a family of four for a week. We collect food at various malls. If you enjoy working in a team then be part of this very successful project! Local Malls Sat 9.00am – 2.pm (shifts) Mthly
Divorce Care:

If you have experienced the pain of divorce and wish to help adults/families through your experience and are willing to be trained as a facilitator, you can join our experienced team who serve in a 13 week programme. (Open to those who have experienced divorce).

Divorce Care for Kids: If you have experienced the pain of divorce and the affect it has on children and families and willing to be trained as a facilitator and form part of a serving team for 13 weeks, then join this team of passionate volunteers. Open to those who have experienced divorce. View Church – Table View Mon 6.30pm – 8.30pm Weekly
Grief Share: The pain of grief due to the death of a loved one (family member or friend),is traumatic. If you have experienced this and wish to train to become a facilitator, please contact Elaine Davies (via the church office) for information on the training process. T.V. Campus Mon 7.pm -9.pm Weekly
HOPE: Our community has a huge challenge with drugs and how it affects families. Join our committed team who work with families and addicts to a point of recovery and healing. Open to all. T.V. Campus Mon 7.30pm -9.pm Weekly
Hope Farm: Teams visit our Drug Restoration centre in Hopefield and spend time in ministry, building friendships and working on projects. HOPEFIELD Farm Fri 7.pm -Sat 1.pm Mthly
Cooking Team: Bless others with a meal! Our team assists by making meals for projects where food is served as part of fellowship and blessing for others who serve our community – And you can work from home! Contact Marna. Your own home When needed Every 2nd week
Block prayer:

Be part of a focused team who pray weekly for the needs of our community such as our schools, families, drugs and the general challenges our community faces etc. If you want to see our community changed through the power or prayer, join us! Contact Monique.

Knitting club: Many of our projects and mission teams require baby blankets, beanies etc. If you enjoy knitting in the comfort of your home then form part of this creative team. This project is open to all who are able to knit, and want to work from home. Contact Helen or

Your own home Your own pace
Hope Art: We help our Zambia Missions Project  by being creative in finding ways to raise funds for their Village of Hope. We promote and sell their artwork and beadwork.  We also create marketable art and craftwork here to sell and add to their funds. Home, and together Thurs 7.30pm- 9.00pm Every 2nd week
Visitors Lounge Do you like meeting new visitors to our church? Want to join a dynamic team of volunteers who love making new friends, and making our visitors feel at home? Then join this team! T.V. Campus Sun 8.30am or 10.15am Every 2nd week
